REFUNDS & COMPLAINS

We welcome your refund(s)/complaint(s) and will respond to you within 24-48 hours after making the request.

We are the only mediator between you and your operator. We do not provide the talk-time or validity. Please check that you may have got some other pack activated like 3g, validity or free talk time etc.

Request you to check with your respective operator on this before sumbmitting refund or complain request.


TOPUP PROCESS

Please note that only payment through NEFT / RTGS / ONLINE TRANSFER will be accepted instead of payment through cash otherwise transaction charge will be deducted.

Balance top up updation will happen only from 10 A.M - 5 P.M in a normal day (Monday to Friday) & 10 A.M - 1 P.M Noon on Saturdays. Moreover please also allow sometime for balance updation, once you have transferred your funds to our account. Balance will be updated only when we received clear funds in our account. You are also advised to maintain sufficient inventory as per your requirement & do not request for any credit limit before clearance of funds.


OPERATOR PLANS

Customer/ Retailer is advised to cross-check with the relevant operator to know about valid recharge amounts available with that Operator.

IS THERE IS ANY LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF TIMES THAT A PREPAID MOBILE NUMBER CAN BE RECHARGED?

The Retailer is advised to keep 15 minutes gap while using web for recharge and 24 hrs gap while using SMS for recharge.


WHEN CAN A TOP-UP REQUEST BE CONSIDERED INVALID?

A request will be invalid on account of the following reasons:

  • Non-existent mobile number
  • Post paid Mobile number
  • Mobile number which does not pertain to a specified operator/ circle
  • Incorrect top-up amount

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I ENTER AN INCORRECT MOBILE NUMBER (WRONG RECHARGE)?

When the transaction is in process, your request for recharge is sent to the operator. If the mobile number is not available with the operator/ circle chosen for recharge, the recharge will fail and refunds will be processed within 2 working days. However, if the mobile number provided is available with the Operator, it would be recharged, even if a wrong number was entered by the customer, and no refunds would be available. Hence Red Apple Online services advises utmost diligence when entering the number that requires a recharge.


WHAT WILL BE THE INCREASE IN TALK-TIME UPON RECHARGE?

This depends on:

  • The service carrier chosen
  • The plans offered by that carrier denoting the talk-time on different recharge amounts

For information on talk-time increase, please get in touch with your mobile operator. Red Apple Online services does not guarantee top-up of a particular amount on the customer's mobile.


WHAT IF I DO NOT GET A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE FROM THE MOBILE OPERATOR?

In case on non-receipt of the confirmation of recharge, first check the available talk time or validity of the prepaid mobile number . If the talk-time / validity limit has not increased, kindly send refund request in given format .Red Apple Online services will get it cross checked with service providers and respond in 2 working days.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE TALK TIME OR THE VALIDITY OF THE PREPAID MOBILE NUMBER DOES NOT INCREASE?

If the transaction was confirmed to be successful and the talk-time/ validity has not increased, kindly send refund request to Red Apple Online services in given format. Red Apple Online services will get it cross checked with service providers and respond in 2 working days. If the recharge is failed, retailer will get balance in their account (minus commission) and in case of success, Red Apple Online services will provide operator ID to retailers. Retailers are not advised to return money to customer before getting confirmation from Red Apple Online services.
