  • Go to Google Web Search Page

  • Now "Have you contacted the website owner of the site?" Click on 'Yes' or 'No'.
  • Then under the category 'I want to remove', select personal information, such as ID number and personal document.
  • Then select contact information, such as an address, phone number or email address.
  • After that you will see a form.
  • Fill in the required information and upload the screenshot to present your case.
  • Once this is done, tap on "Submit"
  • Now you just need to sit and wait for confirmation from Google that the said information has been removed from Google search results.
